Does Paidbon process payments?+
No. Paidbon never moves money. We listen to your payment provider's webhook and turn each successful transaction into a clean digital receipt.
Which providers do you support?+
Stripe, Mollie, Adyen, PayPal, Klarna, Square and any provider that can call a signed webhook. Custom integrations are available on Teams.
Is my data safe?+
Yes. Receipts are encrypted at rest and in transit. We never sell or share your data, and we never use it to train models. You can export or delete your wallet at any time.
Can I add receipts manually?+
Yes. You can snap a photo of a paper or cash receipt, fill in the details, and it lives in your wallet next to your automatic ones.
What can I export?+
Individual receipts as PDF, or your full history as CSV/PDF. Accountants love it.
Do you have a mobile app?+
Paidbon works as a fast mobile-first web app today. Native iOS and Android apps are on the roadmap.
What happens if I cancel?+
You keep access to your wallet for 30 days to export everything. After that, your data is permanently deleted.
Is there a free plan?+
Yes — Personal is free forever and includes up to 100 receipts per month with one connected provider.
