A POS gives us the full receipt — line items, quantities, VAT per line, discounts and loyalty. A payment processor only knows the total was charged, so we generate a proof-of-payment receipt from that.

  1. Step 1. Create your merchant account (same login as a regular Paidbon account).
  2. Step 2. Tell us your business name, category and country.
  3. Step 3. Pick your POS (recommended) — or your payment processor. We generate a unique webhook URL and signing secret to paste into your provider.
  4. Step 4. Every successful payment delivers a verified receipt to your customer and feeds your dashboard.
